While Singapore enjoys warm weather year-round, the best time to visit Singapore though for pleasant weather is between February to April. The average maximum temperature is around 31°C (88°F), which makes it bearable to walk outdoors since it’s not very humid. When it’s hot and humid outside, locals warn visitors to stay indoors from noon to late afternoon because of the humidity, which can cause a heat stroke. And during the summer months, there are clearing fires from Sumatra and the smoke and haze reach Singapore and can cause throat and eye irritation. To avoid all of these problems, best to visit Singapore between February to April so you can enjoy your vacation, even if you’re indoors or outdoors.

Good Tip Good Tip Must Visit

"One of the festivals and celebrations to look forward to in Singapore is the National Day Parade! Though national day is on 9 August, there's multiple preview / rehearsal parades that we get to ballot the tickets for! They are tough to get but I managed to get hold of them!

Besides the marching parade, we are always looking forward to the sing-along sessions, the red lions display (free-fall parachuting), airshow and last but not the least, the fireworks at the end of the celebration! ❤️ it's Singapore's 58th birthday this year since independence!"

August to October is the low season and the best time to visit Singapore to avoid crowds. With the exception of mid-September for the Singapore Grand Prix, expect a low number of visitors because of high temperatures and humidity levels. There are a few outdoor activities and attractions open at this time because the high temperature and humidity can cause heat-related illnesses. Since it’s the low season it’s definitely the best time to come for inexpensive hotel rates that you might still be able to haggle to a more favorable rate.
